Istanbul is the most exhilarating city week in this part of the world: the Bosphorus, the bazaars, the new tables in Karaköy. The Aegean coast (Bodrum, Kaplankaya, Çeşme) holds the summer weeks. Cappadocia, by hot-air balloon at dawn, is one of the rare places that earn the cliché.
