A romantic Maundays Bay icon where white Moorish architecture meets one of Anguilla’s finest beaches.
We recommend Cap Juluca for travelers who want one of Anguilla’s most romantic beach settings without sacrificing space or family flexibility. Its white Greco-Moorish architecture, direct Maundays Bay access and generous beachfront accommodation create a refined but easy island atmosphere.
What we like most is how naturally it works for both couples and families, with strong dining, Guerlain wellness and larger suites or villas when privacy matters.
Cap Juluca sits directly on the powder-white sands of Maundays Bay on Anguilla’s southern coast. The resort’s white stucco buildings, domes and arches draw on Greco-Moorish influences, creating a distinctive low-rise setting closely connected to the beach.
The resort lists 68 rooms and 45 suites, together with larger signature accommodations. Rooms and suites are spread along the shoreline with private terraces and direct beach access, while selected categories add plunge pools, swimming pools or multi-bedroom layouts.
The atmosphere is polished but intentionally relaxed. An infinity pool, Cap Juluca Spa by Guerlain, fitness, children’s programming and water sports allow guests to keep the stay as quiet or active as they prefer.
It is especially compelling for couples who value romance and beach quality, while connecting rooms, family services and multi-bedroom suites make it equally practical for families.

Cap Juluca lists four restaurants along the beach. Pimms is the flagship fine-dining venue with Anguillian ingredients and French influence; Cip’s by Cipriani brings Venetian-inspired Italian cuisine; Uchu focuses on Peruvian flavors; and The Cap Shack offers casual toes-in-the-sand Caribbean cooking.
Private dining is also available, and plant-based options are specifically noted at Pimms.
