Arrive independently in Palermo and check in at your hotel. Spend the afternoon at leisure before meeting your group for a welcome dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Palermo.

Monreale & Palermo
Day 02

Monreale & Palermo

Take an excursion to Monreale to admire its UNESCO-listed Norman cathedral, known for its extraordinary mosaics. Return to Palermo for a guided tour through the historic center, including the Palermo Cathedral, with time to explore on your own in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Palermo.

Erice, Marsala & Agrigento
Day 03

Erice, Marsala & Agrigento

Journey to Erice, a beautifully preserved medieval hill town, then continue to Marsala for a visit to a historic winery with wine tasting and a light lunch. In the afternoon, head to Agrigento and explore the UNESCO-listed Valley of the Temples, viewing the temples of Concordia, Hercules and Jupiter. Dinner and overnight in Agrigento.

Ragusa Ibla
Day 04

Ragusa Ibla

Depart for Ragusa and stroll through the historic quarter of Ragusa Ibla. Discover the Giardini Iblei gardens, Baroque churches, and noble palaces, all part of the UNESCO-listed Val di Noto. Dinner and overnight in Ragusa.

Noto, Syracuse & Taormina
Day 05

Noto, Syracuse & Taormina

Begin your day in Noto, famed for its harmonious Baroque architecture and the Cathedral of San Nicolò. Continue to Syracuse and the island of Ortigia, the ancient core of the city with medieval streets and a scenic waterfront. Later, travel to Taormina for dinner and an overnight stay.

Mount Etna & Taormina
Day 06

Mount Etna & Taormina

Set out for an excursion to Mount Etna, Europe’s most active volcano. Learn about its geology and admire the dramatic lava fields and craters, reaching approximately 1,800 meters (weather permitting). Return to Taormina for free time and an overnight stay.

Day 07

Departure from Taormina

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Independent departure arrangements from Taormina as your Sicilian adventure concludes.
