The brief

France, in three movements — the Côte, Paris, and the long Provençal table.

France remains the most layered country in our book. The Riviera in summer for Cap d'Antibes and Saint-Tropez, Paris in shoulder for atelier visits and Michelin tables, Provence in lavender, the Loire for the châteaux, Bordeaux and Burgundy for the cellars. We compose multi-stop weeks with private drivers, sleeper trains and the small family domaines.

What France does best is rhythm. A morning at the market, a long lunch, a swim, a glass before dinner. We hold the keys to the houses that protect it.
